My name is Aliona and I am a certified yoga instructor, somatic and movement therapist and psychologist. I gave movement classes to over 1000 students around the world, making them more confident, connected to their bodies and empowered.
My intention is to give you the tools, that will help you to connect deeper to your true self, discover the infinite energy within you that will lead you towards the best life you can imagine for yourself.
